"He was subject unto them." – Luke 2:51

The accommodation of Jesus to His folks was NATURAL. Our Lord was ever consistent with nature, as nature was ever consistent with Him, its Creator. Dutiful accommodation is a sense of our being. The presence of parent and kid suggests the presence of a law recommending and controlling their relative obligations. Had there been no heavenly statute, and regardless of all that is emphatically charged, nature would incite the tyke's obligation to its folks. Is the law of the Christian regulation less official? Tune in to the order - "Youngsters, OBEY your folks in the Lord, far this is correct." Again- - "Kids, OBEY your folks in every way, for this is well-satisfying unto the Lord." Beware of this wrongdoing! Jesus' subjection to His folks was the subjection of LOVE.
